Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent sales services to existing and potential customers.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer care is achieved
  • Gather information on market demand, competition and latest technologies in timber flooring industries.
  • Responsible to ensure meeting of monthly and yearly sales target.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics
  • 1- 2 years experience in a similar position is preferred
  • PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Words and Excel.
  • A dynamic, creative, goal-oriented, responsible and hardworking individual.
  • Possess good negotiation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Posses strong sense of sales management
  • Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in construction industry especially timber flooring will be an advantage
  • Established contacts with contractors, developers, dealers and consultants of Construction Industry will be another added advantage.
  • Posses Own Transport
  • 3 Full-Time positions available.

Production Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production schedules and supervise the production operations in the line or area allocated.
  • Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting their works performance.
  • Interface with Quality Control, Engineering and other department as required in the course of conducting daily assignment.
  • Recommend measures to improved productions methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
  • Responsible for continuous supply of materials to production line by ensuring all required material are pre-staged and controlled to meet line demand.
  • Responsible for organising, the daily manpower distribution and reallocation needs and other daily administration of employee records.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems by reviewing yield data; Process Control Chart.
  • Demonstrate method and train workers in sequence of processing task and operation, applicable to both new and established process.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidates with the related working experience in manufacturing environment, especially in wood industry.
  • Min 2 years working experience n supervisory role
  • Possess good leadership, organizing and analytical ability, and must able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
